Refund & Return Policy – by CHOKY SHOP
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order and wish to get a refund, we can refund you without a hitch. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and if you’re not happy, we are definitely not happy! Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time per our SHIPPING POLICY page (not including the 2-4 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you no longer want the product, you may request for a full refund but you must first return the item in its original condition and unused. You will have to ship the item back to us at your expense, once item has been verified it has been received then a full refund will be given. It is recommended you ship your item back using a trackable service so it doesn’t get lost.
- We do not have any control if your item is held in customs for any reason. Note: We’ve never encountered this problem.
- We are not responsible for natural disasters or any delays with the shipping company once your order has been shipped.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your product back to us without a Return Authorization from our support team. We ship thousands of products and we want to make sure there is minimal errors should you wish to return or exchange for any reason.
